The hotel had a magnificent and unbeatable location in the heart of Rome. the room was new, fashioned and came with a budget, friendly kitchen, a great view, and a mini fridge. I enjoyed trying some drinks at the wine bar Pane e dolci sapori, just a short 10, minute walk away.

A Convenient Stay with Some Setbacks
The location is extremely convenient, with the metro station and Roma Termini within easy reach. Guests can explore the historical center without the need for public transport. the surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and markets for added convenience.
Navigating the property on arrival can be a bit challenging, as finding the correct entrance among many options can be confusing. the malfunctioning gate button also adds to the initial inconvenience.

The location was perfect, as we were able to easily visit the coolest spots in the city like the Colosseum and the Vatican. The staff was super nice and always ready to help us out. Plus, the rooms were so modern and clean, making us feel like we were living in luxury. it was an epic vacation with non-stop adventure!
If there's one thing we wished for during our stay at Grandis Rooms, it would be a more happening social scene for young party-goers like us. While we had a blast exploring the city, it would have been awesome to have some cool bars or nightclubs nearby to dance the night away.

The location of the hotel was great, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. It was also within walking distance to popular attractions, such as the Colosseum. The communication with the staff was prompt and they were helpful in trying to assist us. Additionally, they provided coffee, tea, and breakfast items, which was a nice touch.
The room was quite small and the bathroom was in poor condition. The water pressure in the shower was low, possibly due to construction in the adjacent apartment.
